General Sale Information: Due To The Nature Of Our Business All Sales For All Services & Products Are Final.

INVOICES: As Mentioned Previously, All Sales Are Final. While We Understand That Life Happens, Per Our Business Practices, We Will Only Move The Due Date Of An Invoice One Time. After Such Time, A Late Fee Will Be Accrued. For Invoice Totals Below $1000, A Late Fee Of 5% Of The Total Will Be Accrued. For Invoice Totals Above $1000, A Late Fee Of 10% Of The Total Will Be Accrued. ***LATE FEES WILL NOT BE WAIVED.***
INVOICES WITH A TOTAL OVER $1,000 WILL REQUIRE 50% OF THE TOTAL AT THE TIME OF ORDERING IF YOU ARE OPTING FOR A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THE BOMBSHELL CARTEL RATHER THAN PAYING IN FULL. THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE USING AFTERPAY OR ANOTHER THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE.
Invoices Are Valid Until The Due Date; Prices WILL INCREASE By The Same Calculation Standards As The Late Fees (5% For Under $1000, 10% For Over $1000) Afterwards.
Please Understand It Is Not Our Intention To Be Malicious; We Are A Business & Would Like To Make Sure That We Have The Correct Amount Of Time & Materials Allotted To You As Well As Our Other Clients.
BY PAYING YOUR INVOICE YOU RECOGNIZE THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, & PROCEDURES LISTED HERE:
CHARGEBACKS: [Client] Understands & Agrees That In The Event That [Client] Initiates A Chargeback/Merchant Dispute With Their Issuing Bank For The Services/Products They Have Received & In Fact Owe Payment For, & The [Client] Is Successful In Recovering the Disputed Funds That Would Otherwise Be Owed To [Wells Corp./The Bombshell Cartel], Then [Wells Corp./The Bombshell Cartel] Will Make Every Effort To Provide Documentation That The [Client] Did Receive [Any & All Products & Services Rendered] Including, But Not Limited To, This Policy [Client] Will Also Be Prohibited From Using [Wells Corp./The Bombshell Cartel] Services & Purchasing From [Wells Corp./The Bombshell Cartel] In The Future.
Payment Is Due At The Time Of Booking. No Payment=No Service
If You Choose To Pay With The Card On File, & It Declines, & You Cannot Submit Your Payment Another Way (I.e. Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, etc.), Then You Will Be Banned From Booking Until The Balance Is Paid, As This Occurrence Will Fall Under A Same Day Cancellation.
For All Appointments/Consultations Payment In Full Will Be Required. This Is Non-Refundable & Transferrable For One Appointment Reschedule.
There Is A 10 Minute Grace Period For Being Tardy To An Appointment, At The 11 Minute Mark, A $35 Late Fee Will Be Assessed, Which Must Be Paid (In Addition To The Rest Of The Balance If There Is One), At The Beginning Of The Appointment.
You Must Reschedule/Cancel Your Appointment 24 Hours Before It Is Scheduled To Begin.
For No/Call No Show & Same Day Cancellations, You Will Forfeit Your Payment (If The Appointment Was Under $100) Or Be Charged The Full Remaining Amount Of The Appointment (If A Deposit Was Made). You Will Need To Re-Book With A New Deposit Or Payment.
If The Card Declines When It Is Charged For A Missed Appointment, You Will Be Banned From Booking Until The Balance Is Paid.
For All Forms Of Payment (For A Remaining Balance) That Are Not Cash, There Will Be A $10 Service Fee In Addition to The Balance.

EXCHANGES:
We Only Replace Items If They Are Defective Or Damaged. You Will Be Required To Submit Pictures For All Order Issues.
CANCELLATIONS:
We Do Not Accept Order Cancellations. In The Event That A Cancellation is Approved, You Will Be Charged 50% Of Your Order Total Plus The Cost Of Shipping. All Orders Are Made To Order.
SALE ITEMS:
Only Regular Priced Items Will Be Refunded. Sale Items Are Not Eligible For A Refund. All Refund Inquiries Are Subject To Approval Or Denial By The Bombshell Cartel.

Have An Allergy To One Of Our Ingredients? Sensitive To Certain Oils? All Of Our Products Are Made To Order, So We Will Be More Than Happy To Custom Formulate A Skincare Product Or Regimen For You. For Example, If You're Allergic To Nuts & Are Skeptical About Using Almond Oil, Apricot Oil Is A Wonderful Substitute. It Is Packed With Vitamins & Antioxidants That Help Diminish Fine Lines & Reduce Blemishes. Apricot Oil Is Also Known For Its Easy Absorption Qualities, Non-Greasiness, Restorative Qualities For Your Skin's Natural Radiance, & Decreasing Puffiness & Dark Circles.
For All Custom Orders There Will Be An Up-charge In Price As These Qualify As Specialty Items. Refunds & Exchanges Are Unavailable For Custom Formulations.
